Our Eagle Can Beat Up Your Eagle
The Nationals have redesigned their mascot Screech for the 2009 baseball season, and let's just say he's no Slapshot.
The old Screech, seen above looking like an overweight dish towel, is now sleeker, stronger and lamer than ever.

In my opinion, a good change. I much prefer my animal mascots to be wearing pants.
