Per Tarik...Ovechkin was so happy with Varlamov's performance, he celebrated by shoving a shaving cream pie in his face. When the media entered the dressing room, Varlamov was sitting in his stall, wiping it out of his eyes.
"It was his first game, first win," Ovechkin explained.
Varlamov wasn't the only shaving cream victim tonight. Donald Brashear nailed Fedorov with a pie for his 39th birthday.
Funny stuff! I guess that on a night when Nylander scores- the party's on!
